Poster Session

Poster presentation will take place on Monday, June 22 at 4 p.m. Material for posting the posters will be provided on-site. Area for mounting a poster: 110 cm high and 110 cm wide. We ask the authors to be present at the stands during the poster section. At the same time the best poster competition among students and participants up to the age of 30 will take place. The results will be presented at the closing ceremony on Thursday, June 25 at 3 p.m. Please send your summary before May 29, 2015 on the address summerschool@czemp.cz

How to prepare the summary 

Summary has to be prepared on one sheet of A4 size (297x210 mm) with top margin 3 cm, left, right and bottom margin 2.5 cm. The paper should be submitted preferably in Microsoft Word format (doc, docx, rtf). File size of the finished document should not exceed 1500 kB.

Your abstract should not exceed 1 page of A4 size. It will be printed in A5 size, therefore keep the required 15 points font size so that it is legible after reducing. Margins: top margin 3 cm, left, right and bottom margin 2.5 cm. The abstract title should be 18-point Times New Roman lower border, the text should be 15-point Times New Roman, single column, with single line spacing. Since the abstracts will be printed in black and white, please ensure that the colour figures convey the same message when they are in black and white.

Authors should be named by initial of first name and surname (e.g. J. Smith). The name of presenting author should be underlined. Present the authors' affiliations below the names. E-mail address and URL is optional.

References mentioned in the text should be indicated by a superscript number. Please do not use automatic cross references.

Important: The author is responsible for the text of her/his summary and its appropriate graphical design. The summary that does not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and the author will be notified.
