The registration fee includes:
all meals, 2 special dinners, accommodation (two, three or four-bed rooms), coffee breaks, conference materials and social programme, bus transport.
Extra cost charged for single room (100 EUR).
The Summer school Capacity is limited to 70 participants.
Cancellation and refunds
Substitutions may be made at any time but, please, inform the organizers about the change.
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please, inform the organizers immediately. Provided written notice is received by 8th May 2015 refund will be given but minus 10% of administration charge. If the registrations is cancelled after 8th, May 2015, or the participant does not show at the summer school there is no right for refund.
