The eight Workshop of Students' Presentations will be held in Membrane Innovation Centre in Straz pod Ralskem in October 21, 2020. 

Technologies in the Environmental Protection is the topic of the workshop, the main goal of this annual activity is to support students in their scientific and research activities and to introduce them to other possibilities of self-realization. The event offers students of bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies the opportunity to present the results of their work to a professional audience. The main topic of the workshop is membranes and membrane processes, which are referred to in professional circles as 21st century technology. The focus of the workshop will also be on technologies for the treatment and recycling of industrial and wastewater.

We are delighted to invite you to the fifth bienial conference MELPRO - membrane and electromembrane processes. The conference will be held in the premises of hotel International in Prague, Czech Republic in November 8 - 11, 2020. The scientific committee is led by chairman prof. Enrico Drioli (ITM-CNR Rende, Italy) and vice-chairmen Dr. Elena Tocci (ITM-CNR Rende, Italy), Dr. Pavel Izak (ICPF, Czech Republic) and Dr. Lubos Novak (MEGA, a.s, Czech Republic). 

This year the scientific program will include two panel discussions, which will serve as the bridge between industry and academia. The first topic is Gas separation  and the second is Water treatment; they are chosen to reflect the current issues in different industries, where membranes are used. We would like to bring together the distinguished panelists and offer an outstanding discussion for the participants of the conference.

The Czech membrane platform (CZEMP) organized the General Meeting of its members in November, 28, 2017. The meeting was held in Membrane Innovation Centre in Straz pod Ralskem. The program of the meeting included the discussion regarding the acceptance of the new potential associated members.
