The participants, whose works are listed in the list of presentations published on the conference website are kindly asked to send the full text manuscripts until 28^th of February 2014 (max. 0.5 of the editorial sheet i.e. 20 000 characters including spaces). The language of the manuscript is English and it should be prepared according to the authors guideline, which can also be found on the website. The manuscripts, after the revision and acceptance by the Scientific Committee, will be published in the special edition of  "Monographs of Environmental Engineering Committee of Polish Academy of Science", which will be given to the participants together with the conference materials during the conference. The deadline for the full text manuscript submission (28.02.2014) is the final one. The organizers also inform that the conference fee includes the cost of publication of only one manuscript limited to 20 000 characters (including spaces). If the manuscript exceeds this limitation, the additional fee is established at 60 PLN (15 Euro)/A4 site.

The time predicted for the oral presentation is 15 min (including discussion) and the organizer will provide all necessary audiovisual equipment i.e. multimedia and slide projector. The poster session will be held on 12^th of June 2014 (Thursday) in the afternoon. The posters are suggested to suit tables of size 100x100 cm.

THE BEST PRESENTATION COMPETITION!!!

The organizer invite all registered young scientist to participate in the competition for the best presentation. The competitor is a person, who does not possess a PhD title at the time of the conference and is the one, who presents the work (of which he/she is an author or a coauthor) during the conference sessions (oral/poster). The presentation must be given in English. The participants interested in taking part in the competition are asked to inform the organizers about their decision while sending the full text manuscript. The awards for the winners are funded by European Membrane Society (EMS).

THE PLACE OF THE CONFERENCE

The conference will be held in WDW "Kościelisko" in Zakopane from 11^th to 14^th of June 2014. The organizers provide the accommodation (3 nights: 11/12+ 12/13+ 13/14.06.2014) and the full board starting with the supper on 11.06.2014 to the dinner on 14.06.2014. The conference office starts on 11^th of June 2014 at 3 p.m. The organizers kindly ask the participants to provide us with the arrival information (the arrival date and the length of the stay). WDW "Kścielisko" possess parking places and the Internet connection.

THE CONFERENCE FEES

The participants are asked to send the conference fee (which includes accommodation, board, conference materials and cultural events):

• 1500 PLN (double-bed room) - before 03.05.2014.
• 1630 PLN (single-bed room) - before 03.05.2014
• 1650 PLN (double-bed room) - after 03.05.2014
• 1780 PLN (single-bed room) - after 03.05.2014
