Personal data protection complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We process personal data to inform about planned events organized by CZEMP and newsletter distribution about news and ongoing activities in the field
The subject of processing is an email address only. We will keep this personal data for 10 years.
We will not share your personal data without your express consent to any third party except for the institutions authorized by law.
Whenever you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing, correction or deletion of personal data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that we are in breach of the GDPR when processing your personal data. Revocation of consent and request for change should be sent to info(at)czemp.cz.
The administrator did not appoint a Data Protection Officer, did not authorize the processing of your personal data by any processor, nor did he designate a representative to perform the GDPR's obligations.
Automated decision making or profiling will not occur when processing your personal data.
